Step 3: Contact us and request we fund your deposit

Step 4: You review our standard agreement

Step 5: Our attorney reviews the contract

Step 6: We fund your deposit as required by the contract

Step 7: You begin due diligence

Step 8: Upon completing due diligence, the decision is made to either go hard or terminate the contract. In either event, the soft deposit loan is repaid.
