1. Underwriting fee to cover legal and other expenses relating to reviewing the contract and finalizing our commitment to you.
2. 1% of the deposit per every 30 days of the due diligence period (we can adjust the rate to accommodate partial months). Paid at funding.
3. A percentage of the purchase price if/as/when you close. In the event you do not close the deal, you pay us nothing beyond fees in 1 and 2 above. Success-Based Fee Structure!
